Over five decades of partnership, UNICEF in Nepal has contributed towards many strides the country has taken. The focus of programmes has continuously changed over the years to meet the changing needs of children, adolescents and women in Nepal.

Putting blueprints into practice
- The Dashboard is being implemented in Nepal in the leadership of Ministry of Health, Management Division, IHMIS section in partnership with the UNICEF in 17 Municipalities. The Digital Dashboard is supporting the local government with evidence-based planning, program design, and monitoring. It is an example of a backbone for the proper plan, providing a base line for the municipality for a prioritized program and budget in Nepal. They also see the opportunity to link with other sectoral programs such as birth registration and cash grants in Dashboard.
